In these definitions the following terms shall have the following meanings
'Pink Milk' , 'we', or 'us' shall mean Tracey Fraser trading as Pink Milk, 2 Sandhaven Wynd, Ellon, Aberdeenshire AB41 8AE.
'The Customer' or 'you' shall mean the party whose name and address are supplied at the time of the order.
'Goods' shall mean any item described for sale on this web shop.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have accepted your order. We will take payment when your order is accepted. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, not in stock, or are wrongly priced, we will advise you of this as soon as possible.
Payment methods accepted are major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal account. Credit and Debit cards payments are processed on our secure server and are administered by Protx. PayPal payments are processed off-site in PayPal's own secure checkout.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that our website is correct, we will not be held liable for error and omissions. In particular, if we have made an error on price, we reserve the right to cancel your order and re-offer the goods to you at the correct price. Your placing an order does not constitute our accepting a contract.
Pink Milk will endeavour to dispatch the goods within two working days of receipt of the order, but please allow extra time if ordering in the period from mid-November to mid-December. All goods for UK delivery will be sent using Royal Mail or courier (currently ANC / FedEx UK.) as deemed appropriate by Pink Milk. All goods will be dispatched to the shipping address on the order. If the goods are not in stock, then the order will not be dispatched until all goods are in stock. Carriers for international orders are selected on a per-order basis by Pink Milk. In exceptional cases, where carriage cannot be provided at the cost charged, orders will be refunded in full.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
Pink Milk dispatches to UK addresses at a cost depending on the value of the order and the delivery service selected. International shipping is calculated at the checkout, but you must create an account first to enable this.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have right to cancel your contract up to seven days after the day of delivery. To do this please email or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however, a brief explanation will help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return goods at your own expense. You must ensure that goods are packaged adequately to prevent damage. We suggest that proof of postage is obtained.
We will contact you and agree a resolution to the problem. This would be either a full refund including postage (if charged) a replacement item, or any other mutually agreed resolution.. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please do not return any goods without contacting us first. It speeds up the process if we have prior knowledge of a problem.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
The above procedure applies to UK orders only.
PINK MILK POINTS
Pink Milk Points is a reward scheme. We award one point for every pound spend on goods. The availability of a facility to redeem points is provided at the discretion of Pink Milk. Points can be redeemed at the value of one point per penny unless otherwise stated. Transactions can be paid for with a combination of Pink Milk Points and Credit / Debit Card or Paypal.
If you have any complaints regarding any part of our service, please address them to firstname.lastname@example.org. All complaints are treated very seriously, as we want to provide as good a service as possible. Pink Milk is a small company and we care very much about what we do and providing good customer service.
